Call for Expressions of Interest to join our Youth Advisory Group
Léargas is seeking expressions of interest from young people (ages 18-25) to join our Youth Advisory Group. The aim of this group is to gain insight and feedback on the best ways for our team to communicate about the fantastic programmes and projects administered by Léargas.
We want to ensure that young people in Ireland are aware of the many funding, learning, volunteering and work placement opportunities that our Youth Team coordinate and deliver as part of Erasmus+ Participation Projects and the European Solidarity Corps. We also want to provide the right information and support to our young people at the right time, and in relevant and meaningful ways.

Who can apply?
Individuals between the ages of 18-25 and for whom one or more of the following applies:
- You have previous or current experience participating in Erasmus+ projects and European Solidarity Corps projects
- You have considered or even attempted to apply for these projects
- You have an interest in these projects and/or Léargas youth work opportunities but were unsure how or where to start.
What is the selection process?
Applications will be reviewed by an internal panel of Youth sector experts. Those who apply can expect to receive an update on their status by Friday, May 5th. Consideration to the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities will be given in the selection process.
