Transversal Skills and Wellbeing through Erasmus+ mobilities
05 October – 09 October 2025 | Dublin, Ireland
Transversal Skills and Wellbeing TCA is targeted at VET organisations that are looking to explore opportunities and develop partnerships for new or expanded mobility programmes involving VET learners and staff. Participants should be planning to submit an Erasmus+ Key Action 1 proposal in response to one of the upcoming deadlines. The Transversal Skills and Wellbeing through Erasmus+ is a two-day event exploring transversal skills development as a subset of Wellbeing and self-care.
This seminar will also provide insights into funding opportunities for learner and staff mobility in VET, providing examples of good practice and opportunities for developing new partnership with Irish and international participants.
Objectives:
- To equip participants with knowledge, tools and techniques to develop key transversal skills and enhance the wellbeing of their mobility participants.
- To improve the preparation phase of the mobility so that the learners can navigate their new environment and host culture with greater ease.
- To explore the positive impact of the mobility placement for participants through the promotion of transversal skills and positive wellbeing practices in the classroom.
- Be better positioned to work in partnership with other institutions in the design and delivery of new VET learner and staff mobility programmes in Erasmus+
