The aim of this Youth@Work event is to empower youth workers to design and facilitate transformative experiences rooted in the values of the New European Bauhaus — inclusion, sustainability, and beauty — by integrating the U Theory framework, cultivating presence and deep inclusion within a reflective and creatively engaging environment to boost creativity and youth entrepreneurial competences.

Objectives of the training:

  • Fostering a deep understanding of the New European Bauhaus principles and how they can be embedded into youth training and entrepreneurship processes.
  • Applying U Theory as a framework for process design and transformation in line with LifeComp and EntreComp competence frameworks.
  • Expanding your network and helping you find reliable partners for your future projects.
  • Understanding the connection between Erasmus+ & European Solidarity Corps EU Programmes and other EU initiatives.
