Would you like to network with and learn from other organisations across the EU? Join us for this online event where we will explore how Erasmus+ Mobility projects can help strengthen lifelong learning and adult education initiatives.

Erasmus+ is the EU’s funding programme for education, training, youth and sport. Many organisations in our sector think that Erasmus+ funding is limited to accredited training provided by further and higher education institutes. But in Erasmus+, there’s a real focus on the informal and nonformal education and learning that our sector provides every day in communities throughout Ireland.

Erasmus+ provides a variety of opportunities for Irish civil society organisations and communities to collaborate with European partners to develop and innovate – particularly through funding for Mobility projects. A Mobility project is where an organisation sends its learners or staff to another country to train or learn, to go on a teaching assignment, or to job-shadow. The organisation applies for funding to prepare and manage the project, and for the costs of travel and participation.
