Erasmus+ School Education: Davis College
“Seeing students that didn’t know each other, teary eyed going away and not wanting to leave that country, for me that shows the power of this Erasmus+ program.” – Ronan O’Sullivan, Erasmus+ Coordinator at Davis College.
Davis College, an Erasmus+ accredited school with long‑term European development ambitions, has built meaningful partnerships with schools in France and Norway as part of its goal to become a modern, European and cooperative learning institution.
Through their Erasmus+ School Education project, which included job shadowing, eTwinning, and short‑term mobilities, the school has created transformative learning experiences for their students and staff.
Travelling outside Ireland and then hosting international students at home provided an invaluable opportunity to develop intercultural understanding and empathy.
Davis College’s Erasmus+ Project opened minds, built confidence, and created connections for life.
