This activity is a study visit with partnership building elements to observe different Turkish organizations working with rural youth and share practices & make sustainable collaborations. This activity is part of a Training and Cooperation Activity (TCA) organized by the Turkish National Agency for Erasmus+ & ESC. TCA is a tool for National Agencies to support the Erasmus+ Program and enhance its impact.

Objectives of this study visit include:

  • Learning about different examples of youth workers working with rural youth;
  • Exploring good practices of various rural youth organizations;
  • Building partnerships for international rural youth cooperation.
  • Discussing the quality of rural youth work and how it can be improved;
  • Supporting organizations working with rural youth in Erasmus+ Youth opportunities, such as Youth Exchanges and Youth Participation Projects.
