Erasmus+ and ESC Funding Allocation Rules for 2026

Adult Education

• 80% of KA1 funding will be allocated to Accredited organisations. Download the Erasmus+ Adult Education Budget Allocation Guidelines 2026.
• 70% of the funding for Mobility Projects will be allocated under the first application deadline.
• 100% of the funding for Small-scale Partnerships and Cooperation Partnerships will be allocated under the first application deadline.

School Education

• 80% of KA1 funding will be allocated to Accredited organisations. Download the Erasmus+ School Education Budget Allocation Guidelines 2026.
• 100% of the funding for Mobility Projects will be allocated under the first application deadline.
• 100% of the funding for Small-scale Partnerships and Cooperation Partnerships will be allocated under the first application deadline.

Vocational Education and Training

• 90% of KA1 funding will be allocated to Accredited organisations. Download the Erasmus+ VET Budget Allocation Guidelines 2026.
• 90% of the funding for Mobility Projects will be allocated under the first application deadline.
• 100% of the funding for Small-scale Partnerships and Cooperation Partnerships will be allocated under the first application deadline.

Youth

• 80% of the Mobility Projects funding (KA151, KA152, KA153) will be allocated to Accredited organisations. Download the Erasmus+ KA151 Youth Budget Allocation Guidelines 2026.
• 50% of KA152, KA153 and KA154 will be allocated in Round 1.
• 50% of KA152, KA153 and KA154 will be allocated in Round 2.
• 100% of KA155 will be allocated in Round 1.
• 100% of the funding for Small-scale Partnerships and Cooperation Partnerships will be allocated under the first application deadline.

Volunteering

Solidarity Projects

• 50% of ESC30 will be allocated in Round 1.
• 50% of ESC30 will be allocated in Round 3.

Sport

• 100% of the funding will be allocated under the first application deadline.
