This national mid-term evaluation of Erasmus+ informs a wider evaluation being undertaken by the European Commission as required under Articles 21.2 and 21.3 of the Erasmus+ regulation. The Irish evaluation was commissioned by the Department of Education and Skills, as the National Authority for Erasmus+, and was carried out by O’BRIEN/Governance Design.
