Key Action 1 (KA1) Mobility Projects for School Education Staff

  • Check that your Adobe Reader is up-to-date and read our guide to accessing the application form
  • Complete the form in detail making sure you address the award criteria
  • Assemble and upload all annexes required for the application
  • Submit online before the deadline! We can’t accept applications that are late – even by a few seconds.

  • Read, sign and stamp your contracts before returning them to us
  • Come to our Project Management Days
  • Use your EU Login account to access Mobility Tool+ and register details of your project
  • Watch our video on ‘How to Access the Mobility Tool’ if you have difficulties
  • Maintain all relevant information and documents for reporting and sharing
  • Carry out activities as stated in your application form and notify us of any changes
  • Maintain contact with us throughout the project
  • Notify us immediately of cases of force majeure
  • Share and promote your project throughout its lifecycle

  • Know the reporting deadline(s) as written in your contact
  • Download the relevant report form from Mobility Tool+
  • Make sure all your project activity is reflected in the report
  • Upload any relevant annexes

The topic of the thematic seminar is CLIL – content and language integrated learning. The conference will engage teachers that use CLIL in their schools in order to be able to share expertise and knowledge regarding CLIL and exchange good practice in using CLIL among schools in Europe. The goal is also to develop participants’ skills to boost the application of CLIL in classrooms and to network participants on the subject of CLIL.
