If you’re a youth worker, youth leader, or part of an informal group of young people who’d like to find out more about Erasmus+ and how it works, then the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) on Erasmus+ Youth in Action is made for you! Learn how you can get involved in European youth cooperation and make a positive impact on your youth group, organisation, and community.
This course is the first of its kind and provides an overview of the purpose, priorities, and expected impact of Erasmus+ Youth in Action. It runs from 4 May until 1 June 2015 and is conducted entirely online. It will focus on Key Action 1 Mobility Projects for Young People and Youth Workers (youth exchanges, EVS and mobility of youth workers). It’s expected that participants will gain a better understanding of the philosophy of Erasmus+, learn how to develop quality projects matching formal and quality criteria, and provide opportunities for networking and sharing knowledge.
The course will be delivered in three to four hours per week, and resources will include video materials, quizzes and peer review. It’s simple to register and there is no course fee, but your active participation is expected!
