Learn how your organisation could host or send volunteers, trainees or workers to help make a positive change across Europe!
The European Solidarity Corps funds and supports young people aged 18-30 to volunteer or work for the benefit of people and communities. Organisations in Ireland can take part in the European Solidarity Corps by hosting or sending young people to carry out projects that foster solidarity in European society. Organisations receive funding for their costs and projects can take place in Ireland or in any other participating country.
The first step for any organisation to get involved is to apply for a Quality Label. The Label shows that an organisation has understood the mission and principles of the European Solidarity Corps, and can offer a good quality volunteering or work experience to a young person. It also allows access to the online portal where organisations are matched with young volunteers or workers.
Our Quality Label workshops will explain how the European Solidarity Corps works, explore its mission and principles, and take you through the application process for a Quality Label. Register at the links below, or contact Suzanne Kavanagh for more information.
We’ll also have two workshops in September explaining how organisations that hold the Quality Label can apply for European Solidarity Corps funding!
