The ‘Kindness4Inclusion’ course will provide participants with the opportunity to experience mindfulness and compassion practices. It is hoped that these practices can then be integrated into daily life as a means of well-being and resilience. Participants will also explore what it might mean to relate mindfully through empathy and understanding as a means of cultivating open, inclusive and non-judgmental communication.
