This workshop is for organisations preparing Erasmus+ Youth applications under:

Key Action 1 – Mobility Projects (Youth Exchanges, European Voluntary Service, Mobility of Youth Workers) or
Key Action 3 – Support for Policy Reform: Structured Dialogue – Meetings between young people and decision makers.

It is aimed at those ready with project ideas and planning to submit applications under the 02 February 2016 deadline (relating to projects starting between 1 June and 30 September 2016). This is not a general introduction to Erasmus+.

Topics will include:

• Understanding the structure of KA1 and KA3
• Steps to consider when completing the application eForm
• Important documents needed to submit with the application eForm
• Award Criteria used for assessing applications
• Youthpass
• Questions and clarifications.

To get the most from the workshop, participants should have:

• a real project application in mind
• your organisation’s PIC and that of your partner(s)
• a laptop with Adobe Reader installed.
