The Project Lab helps you bring your ideas for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects to life.

About this Event

European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ Youth are holding a series of three online Project Lab webinars on 12, 19 and 26 August 2020 from 10am-11:30am. It is a space for you to increase your understanding of these European programmes and develop your project. The three webinars are related, each one building on the next, with guest speakers and expert advice, helping you to build the best project possible.

Webinar One: The Why? – Why Do You Want to Carry Out Your Project?

Date: 12 August 2020

Time: 10:00-11:30 am (Please log on at 9:45 am)

Themes: Learn how to improve your application for funding. With help from the experts you will explore and identify the needs for your project – the why. We aim to provide you with the tools and tips to link the needs and objectives with the activities of your project. Find out how to connect your practice with current and relevant policy.

Webinar Two: Quality Project Management

Date: 19 August 2020

Time: 10:00-11:30 am (Please log on at 9:45 am)

Themes: This is an opportunity for you to ensure you carry out your project to a high standard of quality. Learn top tricks and tips to include in your project design to ensure the outcomes meet the quality criteria of the programme.

Webinar Three: Impact/Evaluation/Dissemination

Date: 26 August 2020

Time: 10:00-11:30 am (Please log on at 9:45 am)

Themes: At the final workshop you will learn how to tell the story of the project. You will discover the tools to incorporate throughout your project to:

  • Help you keep the project on track
  • Ensure you meet your objectives
  • Maximise the impact of your project at local, national and European level.
