Key Action 1 (KA1) Mobility Projects for School Education Staff

  • Check that your Adobe Reader is up-to-date and read our guide to accessing the application form
  • Complete the form in detail making sure you address the award criteria
  • Assemble and upload all annexes required for the application
  • Submit online before the deadline! We can’t accept applications that are late – even by a few seconds.

  • Read, sign and stamp your contracts before returning them to us
  • Come to our Project Management Days
  • Use your EU Login account to access Mobility Tool+ and register details of your project
  • Watch our video on ‘How to Access the Mobility Tool’ if you have difficulties
  • Maintain all relevant information and documents for reporting and sharing
  • Carry out activities as stated in your application form and notify us of any changes
  • Maintain contact with us throughout the project
  • Notify us immediately of cases of force majeure
  • Share and promote your project throughout its lifecycle

  • Know the reporting deadline(s) as written in your contact
  • Download the relevant report form from Mobility Tool+
  • Make sure all your project activity is reflected in the report
