Programme logo

Training and Networking Projects are designed to support the transnational exchange of experience, expertise and good practice between those active in youth work and in youth organisations. Under Action 3, these projects can take place with Neighbouring Partner Countries.

Any of the following can occur as part of a Training and Networking project:

  • job shadowing
  • feasibility visit
  • evaluation meeting
  • networking
  • partnership-building activity
  • seminar
  • study visit
  • training course

Training and Networking activities encourage the establishment of long-lasting, high quality projects, partnership and networks which either:

  • promote exchanges, cooperation and training in the field of youth work, or
  • lead to the development of further projects under the Youth in Action Programme

Training and Networking Projects are supported under Actions 3 and  4.3  of the Youth in Action Programme.

BenefitsTraining and Networking activities are a useful way to build capacity, develop skills and further enhance existing youth projects and partnerships within the Youth in Action Programme.
