IAESTE Ireland offers Irish employers a high quality service at no cost to the employer. Employers who participate on the programme have access to a worldwide source of motivated and skilled students. The employer can specify the type of trainee requested and all details of the traineeship on offer. IAESTE Ireland will:

  • locate a suitable student to match the employer's request 
  • arrange the student's accommodation
  • organise work permits and visas for non-EEA students at
    no cost to the employer
  • provide a cultural and social programme for trainees

Employers are requested to pay trainees a fair salary that will allow the trainee to pay rent and living allowances. Throughout the traineeship IAESTE Ireland is on hand to offer support to the employer and trainee.
